We do not share you r information except as permitted by law.  We afford prospective and former customers with the same protections as existing customers.

We share your nonpublic personal financial information with insurance companies and other insurance product of service providers, both affiliated and unaffiliated, in order to fulfill your transactions, service your policies, investigate or handle claims, resolve disputes, detect or prevent fraud or comply with lawful requests of law enforcement agencies.

We also may share customer lists and information about your transactions and your experiences of which we become aware with persons or companies outside our affiliate group that perform customer account management and marketing services for us or with whom we have joint customer account management and marketing arrangements.  These persons and companies must agree to strict confidentiality provisions to assure the protection of your information

However, you may limit the ability of our affiliates to market their products or services to you based on your nonpublic personal financial information that we may collect and share with them.

Your choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will apply for at least 5 years from when you tell us you choice.  Once that period expires, you will receive a renewal notice that will allow you to continue to limit marketing offers from our affiliates for at least another 5 years.

Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal financial information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard you nonpublic personal information.
